Dr. Leada Malek, PT, DPT, CSCS, SCS, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board-certified Sports Clinical Specialist, and published author. With a passion for promoting health and longevity, she champions the connection between mental and physical well-being through movement and exercise.

A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Dr. Malek has also served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor, educating the next generation of physical therapists. Her expertise has been widely recognized in the field, earning acknowledgment from the American Physical Therapy Academy for her advocacy of the profession.
